ABOUT CRIMSON EXOTIC
I'm located in Jefferson County Missour Started few years ago. I fell in love with the genetics and the adorable babies and want to better each line i produce. All my rats are healthy and well socialized. You must have a cage, food, and toys ready for your new family member. I only adopted out in pairs because rats are very social animals.
If you have and oops litter that are from CER they must be surrendered back, or if you for some reason can't keep your rats i require them to be surrendered back. There will be no dumping my rats at animal shelter or given to rescue at any point in time. Guarantee healthy babies when they go home. The babies will not go home until they are 6 weeks and pass temperament test. All my rats are friendly and sweet natured that I adopt out. There will be a 15 day health guarantee for each rat. If there are any issues with your rat that's got an illness. Vet must have a written medical issues on the rat.
Always wash your hands before and after for the safety of your babies of getting sick. Do understand rats can carry diseases like zoonotic infections and CER is not responsible for infections like zoonotic that may lead to issues or death. None of my rats have not shown signs of the virus. If there is a tumor before the age of two and a half I need to know so can correct the line.
Im working on their life span of the line for better quality of rats. So updates are very important to me so I can keep a recorded of what's going on in the line of each rats.
RATS DIET
Rats need a variety diet to be healthy here a list of what they can eat Oats,Nuts, Grains, Sunflower seeds, oxbow and Mazuri. Any fruits and dry fruit is good on limited amount, but no citrus type as it can harm males.. Vegetables steam or dry* Some meats and cooked eggs are good too*Cooked beans this is some of what they can eat :)
